It's hard to know how to help when I know you've accomplished quite a bit... I imagine the problem is you can't see the effects of what you've accomplished, so it feels like you haven't done anything.

To that end, I don't know what to tell you. My only thoughts tend to drift to the comical 'Try to take over the world'.
